The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and modern rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. The location was peaceful and the thermal spas were heavenly.
The menu for breakfast could use some improvements, with more variety and options for vegan guests.

The hot spring waters and the spa massage were the highlights of my stay. The hotel is located in a small town with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
The dinner lacked the expected uniqueness and taste. Additionally, the service could have been better, with issues like delays in providing towels and bottled water, and insistence on cash payment for every charge.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location may not be in the most desirable area of the town, but the hotel itself offers enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. I especially loved the unique indoor/outdoor tub and the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. The hotel also boasts a nice pool and hot tub area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The rooms were super cool and unique, with an indoor/outdoor tub and a wall of windows. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub area, were great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with our room. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Cristina, Ingrid, and Astrid. The hotel was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom shower was very relaxing. The location was also ideal, as we could see the volcano from the restaurant in the morning.
Nothing it is perfect.

I had such an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. Everything smelled incredible, which made me feel instantly relaxed. The massage I had was a bit intense, but it totally worked out the knots in my shoulders that had been bothering me for years. I feel like a whole new person after that! The rooms here are really unique, with a cool indoor/outdoor tub and a wall of windows. I loved the pool and hot tub area, and the restaurant had some pretty good food. Plus, you can even see the volcano from the restaurant in the morning!
Nothing to dislike.

This eco hotel is a hidden paradise, surrounded by stunning grounds and state of the art architecture. Guests can enjoy relaxing thermal pools, delicious cuisine, and a massage. Rooms are luxurious and beautifully designed, with top-quality bedding and linens. The facilities are impressive, including a wonderful meeting or conference center, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
One aspect of the hotel fell short, with slow service and inconsistent timing in the restaurant.

The complimentary breakfast was good and the spa treatments were nice. the location was convenient for my business trip as it was close to transportation.
There was a lot of noise pollution that kept me up at night, including barking dogs and public transportation.

The complementary coffee and tea were a nice touch in the mornings, and the location had beautiful views of the surrounding area. The hotel shuttle to nearby attractions was also very convenient and saved us some money. Plus, the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
The walls in our room were very thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly or helpful when we asked for recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
